Possibly the most important thing that can be learned by agreeing to take a personality test in order to be considered for employment is not even measured by that test; the person agreeing to answer such self revealing secrets can be presumed tp have relatively low self-esteem  as evidenced by cowering in the presence of a narcissistic requirement.

Or is it the opposite? Perhaps the person who does the hiring is a poor interviewer and lacks the confidence to make good judgements about the people being questioned. And, I suppose it could also be that the person seeking work is so cocky that failure to “pass” such a test is barely a consideration?
